Liquid Calcium and Liquid Lutein are formulated for ages 1–6. Liquid Calcium 6–18 and Liquid Lutein PLUS are formulated for ages 6–18.

Either works around the boundary. If your child has already started primary school, the 6–18 formula is designed for that stage.

They're different formulas, not different doses. The 6–18 calcium contains more calcium and lysine, plus leucine, CPP, colostrum basic protein and cartilage peptide. The 6–18 lutein has double the carotenoid content and adds maqui, açaí, taurine and selenium. See the full comparison on each product page.

Yes. Many parents give the calcium formula in the evening and the lutein formula after breakfast.

Calcium 1–6: one sachet a day for ages 1–3, one to two for ages 4–6. Calcium 6–18: one to two sachets a day. Lutein and Lutein PLUS: one sachet a day.

Calcium formulas are best in the evening, or about an hour before bed. Lutein formulas are best during the day, after breakfast.

No. Tear the sachet and drink it directly. If your child prefers, you can stir it into milk, juice, porridge or yoghurt.

Yes — shake the sachet firmly for 10–15 seconds before opening.

Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. In warm weather, keep it in the fridge.

The lutein formulas are passionfruit-flavoured and go down easily. The calcium formulas are slightly bitter — the active ingredients are dosed at full strength and we don't use artificial flavouring. Chilling it, or mixing it into milk, can help.

Yes. Lysine is a white powder, and a little can settle when combined with calcium. Shake the sachet firmly for 10–15 seconds and it will mix back in.

Yes. The natural fruit pigments can deepen in colour over time. It doesn't affect the product.

This is usually caused by storage somewhere warm — move the box somewhere cool, or into the fridge. If a single sachet is noticeably swollen, discard that one and contact us.

Liquid Calcium 1–6, Liquid Lutein and Liquid Lutein PLUS are free from all eight major allergens. Liquid Calcium 6–18 contains milk-derived and egg-derived ingredients and is not suitable for children with a serious milk or egg allergy. Each product page lists full allergen details.

Pause use while your child is unwell or taking medication, and start again once they've recovered. If you're unsure, please ask your doctor.

No. These are dietary supplements. They don't replace a varied, balanced diet, and results vary from child to child.

That's vitamin B2. It's water-soluble and naturally bright yellow, and the body simply passes what it doesn't use. It's completely normal.

Children's digestion can take a little time to adjust. Try giving it about half an hour after a meal rather than on an empty stomach, avoid giving it straight from the fridge, and consider halving the amount for a few days. If it continues, stop and speak to your doctor.
