How to take it
- Shake the sachet firmly for 10–15 seconds.
- Tear and drink directly, or stir into milk, juice or food.
- Evening, or about an hour before bed.
Daily amount: Ages 6–18: 1–2 sachets a day
Storage: Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. In warm weather, keep refrigerated.
A note on taste
This one is slightly bitter, and we've chosen not to hide it. The lysine, cartilage peptide and calcium citrate are all dosed at full strength, and we don't use artificial flavouring — only natural blueberry extract. We could have made it sweeter. We'd have had to make it weaker.
